Good Faith Estimates

If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance, health care providers (including speech language pathologists) are required to provide you with an estimate of expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). Providers must give you a GFE after you’ve scheduled a service or upon your request. The GFE should include the expected charges and must include all items and services associated with your care.

Songbird Speech Therapy, LLC will provide an electronic GFE after you’ve scheduled a service with us or upon your request.

For more information, please visit the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

6/ What if I already have an evaluation or an IEP from school?

If you have had an evaluation completed elsewhere within a year or if your child has a current IEP from school, we would be happy to review the documents to determine if we can provide therapy services based off of the results and recommendations. Please contact us to discuss this option.

7/ How do I get started?
